The Moorings Way School Council gives our children the opportunity to get more involved in the way our school is run. The children have the chance to communicate their feelings, and those of their peers, to teachers and staff to influence decisions made about the school.
There are two representatives from each team in Key Stage One, one boy and one girl, who have been elected by the class. The School Council will meet regularly and feedback to their teams. It is the responsibility of each councillor to ensure that they express both their own views and the views of all the other pupils in their class.
